This co-located resort is rumored to be the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, which has a vacant plot of land next to the resort that is ripe for development.
The new resort is expected to feature a variety of the amenities that traditional timeshares are known for, pointing toward this not being another City Collection resort like the new Marriott resort in Waikiki. Additionally, the facility will include a modern on-site sales gallery, expected to streamline sales operations.
