- Reserves: There have been substantial increases due to inflation, labor costs, and infrastructure needs. Additionally, only those component associations in Florida have been affected by the Florida Senate Bill 154.
- Insurance: There has been an increase in insurance premiums.
Marriott Vacation Club Annual Club Fee
The second notable change in the 2024 annual fee structure affects the Marriott Vacation Club Annual Club Fee. For all membership levels, except for the Chairman’s Club, the all-inclusive club fee is set to rise by $10.
