- Contact Name
- Phone
- Member ID
- Contract Number
- Authorized User 1
- Authorized User 2 (Optional)
- Once you’ve filled out all the required information, check the box next to All parties agree to assigning the authorized users designated on this form”, and hit the submit button to complete your request.
What Can Authorized User Do?
Once added, an authorized user will have access to your Member account and all information held within it, so be sure that you’re comfortable with sharing all the info that be found on your online dashboard. The appointed authorized user will have the ability to borrow or deposit Club Points, and the ability to make and cancel any reservations that are in your account.
Basically, your authorized user can use your online account just as you would when it comes to booking or canceling reservations. All reservations that are made by the authorized user will be made in the owner’s name.
What Can’t Authorized Users Do?
Authorized users will not have the ability to make reservations in any other name and won’t have access to your Hilton Honors Account or the ability to perform Hilton Honors transactions. Also, an authorized user will not be able to check-in to any Open Season Cash Rental Reservations without the owner present to check-in for them.
It’s also important to note, that adding an authorized user doesn’t change the name on your recorded documents. If you wish to remove the authorized user from your account, you must notify Hilton in writing to do so.
